Some do, most don't.
I put off getting my nipple pierced for years because I was worried guys wouldn't like it. In the end I did it anyway because quite frankly, I couldn't care less. You'll find that it's generally girls who think that people with nipple piercings are 'skanky' or whatever, and that's usually because they're too scared to get it done themselves.
Unless it's going to affect your job or something along those lines, getting any kind of body modification is your choice. If a guy really has that big a problem that he doesn't want to sleep with you because of it, then he really isn't someone you want to be sleeping with.

If you're doing it for attention of a guy, chances are, you're gonna get a manwhore. Good guys like decent girls and nipple piercings don't give off that aura. So, if you're up for attracting the wrong crowd, go for it!

If you're over 18 you shouldn't care what other people think. Do what makes you happy. But, if you're under 18 and still in high school, guys may think your slutty. I don't have any but I think they're kinda cool on the right girl. Hope this helps and good luck.
