bam1992 answered Monday December 6 2010, 6:40 pm: Its a hard ordeal to through something as to stop loving them. I have a question for you, if you don't mind. If you love her then why do you want to break up with her and stop loving her? Maybe since you broke up with her it means that it wasn't really love to begin with. Which would make this a little easier. When people are young they tend to misuse the word love. This might be what your problem is. If you evaluate your situation with this girl and you see that you have already broken up with her which means that you can live without her, or you still love her which means that you shouldn't have broken up with her after all because it is real love. If you can find that you are able to live without her and you don't need to think about her even when you do see her on a daily bases, i presume, then you will see that you do not actually love her after all. In my opinion there is no way to actually stop loving a person that you are truely in love with. You might think that you love her, but you might not.
I know this is a round about answer, but I was hoping to give you something to think about.
I really hope that it helps you in some way,
Thank you for the question. [ bam1992's advice column | Ask bam1992 A Question ]
