That is a myth, that you can't have sex when you are pregnant. And as the baby grows you will not want to be on your stomach, but at the beginning to about 2 months or so when the baby has just begun developing isn't bad if you lay on your stomach. It is actually good for you if you have sex because your hormones are so strong during pregnancy.

as far as I'm tracking, its fine until the third trimester. OBGYNs will tell couples to have sex in order to induce birth if mom's having trouble getting the kid out
