S_C answered Sunday December 5 2010, 10:13 am: so I know this is a little late, but I suppose for future reference for anyone else - this happened to be right before Thanksgiving ... a PUK is some kind of pin unlocking code or something... I had to take my phone to the at&t store (that's the provider I use) and the guy who worked there looked up the number he needed. In my case, he couldn't even find it and had to replace my sim card, but it was all free of charge. I'm assuming you've already fixed the problem somehow, but for future reference, something simple like that, you can just take your phone to your provider and they should be able to fix it simple and free. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your cellphone service to unlock your SIM card. [ Exquisitechick's advice column | Ask Exquisitechick A Question ]
