Your height mainly depends on genetics. Believe me, if there was certain stretches you could do, I'd be in the same boat with you, I'm 16 and not even 5 feet.

Unfortunately, you can't determine and change your height. When did you get your period? 2 years after you get it, you stop growing.

what age did you start your period? when girls start their periods, they usually only grow about 2-3 more inches and then stop. my sister started at age 10, so she's not gonna get much taller than 5'0. i started at 14, so i'm pretty tall. it also depends on genetics, as well. are your parents tall? grandparents?

5'5" is probably the perfect height, anyway, so you shouldn't be concerned with being taller. i was that height when i was your age.

take care

Height is pre-determined by genetics. There's nothing including eating properly or stretching and exercising that can impact it. Platform shoes notwithstanding. You ought to be eating and exercising properly anyway that goes without saying.

When it comes to height it's usually because one or both parents are short or most people directly related to you in the past are. It's all in the D.N.A. and there's no way naturally or otherwise to alter it. You're stuck at 5 ft 5.
