Periods begin every 28 days, though every woman has her own cycle. So, for some women it's every 26 days or 32 days or whatever. There are women who have their period like clockwork, but others tend to be less predictable. Use a small calendar and start charting yourself so you will know what your cycle is.

After your period, typically around 28 days later you will have your next.
But everyone is different. A lot of the times, periods are irregular (especially in the beginning), and you can't calculate the exact time.

For me, the day before I get my period I always get cramps. This helps a lot for me knowing when I'll get it.

Just remember to always bring pads with you when you go somewhere, just in case.
