I am a great deal older than most of the advisers on this site, so my advice will be somewhat different from what you have received and may continue to receive from others.
If you are feeling suicidal at this time call 911 NOW or go to the nearest hospital Emergency Room for help.

Suicide is not the answer to your problem(s). If you have not already done so I would like you to call the National Suicide hot line. There number is: 1-800-273-TALK (8255). They operate 24/7 and are totally free and confidential. They have a network of crisis center around the country they can refer you to for help, probably one right in your home town or close to you. The call takers are trained professionals who are volunteers and are there to help you; so please give them a call, they can and will help you through this.

You do not say what is bothering you to cause you to think of suicide. Whatever it is it CAN BE RECTIFIED or mitigated that I am certain of. Please call the hotline or go to the hospital for help. I know there are people who love you and would miss you if you were to do this.

I'm going to share a little secret with you.

There is absolutely no good way, no painless way to commit suicide.

I should know; I have tried and tried and tried again. Thing is, the physical pain isn't so bad. I would have endured any amount of physical pain to get out of my life. It was the emotional pain that came along with my last (thankfully) failed attempt that convinced me that there's no painless way to end your own life.

It hurts everyone who has ever known you. It hurts your parents, even if you don't have a good relationship with them. It hurts your siblings, even if you're always arguing with them. It hurts your friends, even if they weren't as supportive as they could have been. It hurts your acquaintances, to know that someone was moving through their lives who needed help, and if they'd only noticed sooner, they could have saved you.

I was lucky. I didn't succeed, and because of that I got yet another chance at life. Remember that things can only go up once you've reached rock bottom.

You need to go to your doctor, to the emergency room at the hospital, or to call a suicide hotline. You need to get in contact with a psychiatrist who can help you get through this dark time in your life. Medications aren't the only answer. You need someone to help you sort through your problems, to help you figure out what made your life worth giving up in the first place. You can learn how to curb those feelings, how to stop in your tracks and say "No, I won't go there again."

There's hope for everyone. If nothing else, there is always hope.

You won't find that kind of answer here. Listen, no matter how big your problems may seem everything and anything can be resolved without something permanent like this. Suicide solves NOTHING and is a selfish act that harms others left behind.

What you need to do is walk into a hospital emergency room and explain to them that you are severely depressed and suicidal and require professional help. They'll assess you to see what the problem is and how to treat it.

Then, with time you will be free of it and will receive the help you need to deal with things and lead a productive life. That's a lot better than death isn't it?

You're not thinking with your head screwed on here because the depression and mental health issue is controlling you and your decisions. make the right one and get some help. You won't regret that. You're young and have a lot to give and reason to live even if you don't comprehend it right now.
