how do i make a free website for a web show

If you don't want those, unfortunately, you'll have to pay.

Can I suggest something though, if you want to make a web show, do it on YouTube..? You'll be able to see how many viewers and get feedback, without wasting money on keeping the website up and running.. and if it's any good, you'll get millions of hits and fame ;) YouTube's probably the better option. :)
