I know I feel great after I work out.
That accomplished feeling alone motivates me to work out regularly and to push myself harder and harder.
You don't need access to a gym or a personal trainer to get healthy.
You can do it from your home.
Figure out what motivates you.
Is it the thought of having rock hard abs? Huge, powerful biceps? Maybe shaving some excess weight off and looking more lean and toned?
Seeing your hard work pay off in the mirror and how you feel about yourself is a great motivator.
Sometimes you need that extra push.
Get a poster of a guy or girl with the body you want so you can look at it for motivation. Don't get a poster of a starving, emaciated supermodel or a bodybuilder on steroids. Get something realistic, like a poster of Jillian Michaels or this guy:

Your decision to start working out is admirable.
Now you've got to get out there and do it.
Jog or walk around your neighborhood.
Do crunches on the floor in front of the television.
Do bicep curls and tricep extensions with heavy dictionaries or inexpensive dumbells.
Set realistic goals for yourself and chart your progress daily using a measuring tape, not a scale. The muscle you're going to gain weighs more than fat, so your overall weight won't be a good indicator of your progress.
Cut greasy foods out of your diet and replace them with fruits and vegetables. Instead of having a triple cheeseburger, have some salmon.
Being healthy is easier than you think, trust me.

Well, you say you WANT to work out and be healthy. But if you dont have any motivaion then you must not WANT it as much as you think.
I'd look in the mirror, look at my body, and find what i want to change. That might get you to motivate yourself by finding unhappy flaws and wanting to fix them.
Any way would be to look up healthy foods and what they do for your body. Youd be amazed at how much one food can impact your body in ways like cleaning up skin, brightening eyes, whitens teeth, restores fingure nail cuticles, and so much more!
So before you workout and become healthy, do a little research and know what your aiming for. Step on a scale, look at your weight, and either aim to loose one pound or ten by a certain time period.
The hardest part is just starting. Getting yourself out there and working. So push yourself to do that. Once youve started the whole process will flow, and then you'll forget about the whole 'motivation' issue, because you'll already be in the routine.

Hope i helped!
