how to block access to websites worldwide

there is this nasty website i dont like its called topix it ruined peoples lives by allowing childish baby talk like gossip trolling and harassment and trash talk is there anything i can download to block it worldwide so nobody can access please help me and dont tell me i cant

DangerNerd is right. There is no way for you to block or delete the website yourself. The only way to do so is to contact the organization that DN told you about and let them analyze it. If the website is doing anything illegal, it may be deleted or blocked from use in the U.S. But if there's nothing illegal going on, chances are it won't be deleted.

In that situation, deletion of the site would be unconstitutional. Hiding behind the freedom of speech and abusing it is how sites like Topix and Formspring get away with this.
