Warm up

When you answered my question about cheerleadig and ways to stretch you helped so soooo so much so thank you. :) and also my question is you said I should do warm ups and stuff. What do ou mean by warm ups? And what do I do in them??:) thanks!!! ;)

lol no problem.
i mean by doing a couple of starjumps. leg raises. scissor kicks. maybe run up and down your stairs lol. squats help. twisting jumps. something that will raise your heart rate and pump blodd around the body. and lossenyour synovial fluid in your joints.
at cheer you should do a small warm up at the beggining... well for allstars you should i dont know if your a high school cheerleader or an allstar.

oh and i missed something out on my prev answer.. splits will also help your scorpion.. (the back leg mostly)
