tbh if youve been cheerleading three years your streches should alrady be there.
my advice is a bit different im a cheerleading coach myself i know what im talking about. work on your balance.
SO MANY girls fall from stuntsbecause a coachs is asking them to be flexible AND balance in the air at the same time. so i stongly recommend practising standing one legs on a step. or chair.

for flexibility use streches you use in your warm up
oh one more thing ALWAS warm up to strech. do liek a 5 - 10 min warm up before streching. it will help your flexilbilty LOADS! and prevent injury!

to get your scorpion and scale recomment doing bridges, and working on shoulder flexibilty
for you bow and arrows and heels i recommend lying onthe floor and pulling them... and kicking them up =)
practise doing them standing on the floor too

generally tho i recommend working on balnce a ton! i make all my flyers work on their balance. they have never ever dropped a stunt at a competition or comp warm up out of the three years i have been coaching them =)AND they are mini and youth. =)

Never do a stationary stretch, like sitting on the floor or leaning/stretching against the wall. Incorporate movement always. Jilian from the Biggest Loser has work out videos and she explains it on those, I have one. If you youtube her you might find something where she demonstrates.

I'd try just doing some simple stretches everyday and soon enough the work will pay off. Maybe look into some yoga. I know there are some stretches in yoga that can strengthen, relax, and help you gain flexibility. But it can be as simple as just doing warm up stretches when you wake up, before you go to sleep, or in any free time you have.
