Razhie answered Tuesday July 20 2010, 2:35 pm: Your breasts could be tender simply because you are still growing and developing. Horomones can make breasts swell a little bit, and just like any other swollen part of your body, it hurts. Some women get sore during specific times in thier cycles each month, but most women experience some kind of soreness while they are going through puberty. (Personally, I had about a month and half of being totally unable to ride the school bus or play sports because of how sore I felt each time the damn things bounced).
Yes, pregnancy also causes swollen breasts and soreness. But if no semen has gotten anywhere near your vagina since your last period, it's probably not that.
It's possible that gymastics has something to do with it, but you'd probably know the difference between your muscles being sore and your breasts being tender.

Your boobs can also start hurting when they start growing. So it can be growing pains. [ KlutzyKim's advice column | Ask KlutzyKim A Question ]
