The bits necessary to do this for a male need to be outside the body because sperm cannot develop inside where the temperature is too high. This means putting your most important parts in the most vulnerable area. To offset this risk the body has evolved an enormous pain response to any violent stimuli involving the area. ahhhhh Girls. It hurts them to be hit there because of the amount of nerve endings that travel, gather, and come to an end at the clitoris. This is so that sex is pleasant for them, again the Human Race above all else does one thing, replaces itself. If sex were not pleasant for females we would all be in a lot of trouble. 1. Besides the high concentration of nerves, the testicles are also NOT protected by muscles or bones. The high concentration of nerves and the lack of protection leave your "manhood" vulnerable.
2. It takes a very strong force to be able to "cause infertility and in severe cases, even death" (quoted rainbowcherrie). In other words, crushing them with a baseball bat would done that, but the testes can stand most blunt traumas like a few kicks from a girl. About half of the force would be absorb thanks to the loose scrotum (the loose skin pouch that contain the testicles) because that allows the testicles to move slightly out of the way to avoid a direct hit--it holds similar principle as the tai-chi style of Chinese martial art.
When is it dangerous? Generally speaking, when the pain or the nauseate-feeling (wanting to throw up) doesn't go away after one hour, that's when you need a doctor--fast! Also, when you see signs like swelling or bruising, that's also a good time to start scheduling an appointment with a doctor.
rainbowcherrie answered Tuesday June 29 2010, 8:35 am: Testicles are a vital part of your body as they contain sperm which is essential to create human life. As a result, testicles are lined with thousands of nerve endings, all concentrated into a small area so that when they are 'attacked' you are instantly made aware so you are able to protect them. The reason you feel nauseus and may have a stomach ache when they get hit is because they form in the lower abdomen area. It doesn't hurt girls as much as they don't have as much to protect down there but there are still a concentrated amount of nerve endings which is why it is still painful. The most comparible pain for a girl is to get hit directly in the ovaries.
Getting hit in the testicles can actually be incredibly dangerous and your brother really shouldn't be doing that to you. It can cause infertility and in severe cases, even death. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
