My advice to you, dont do it again. There's no reason to. I know it's not an answer you want to hear, but that is honestly the best advice one can give you. If you are expereincing pain, than best if you stop....

Lots of things could have happened.

There are people who are actually allergic to marijuana. Maybe you're one of them. There are somewhat different "types" of the leaves so it's possible you're allergic to whatever was "different" this time in the pot.

The joint could have been laced with something very bad. Lots of people do this and think nothing of telling you about it when you purchase it.

Smoking anything reduces the amount of oxygen in your body. It's possible that it did this too quickly and you suffered a severe reaction from it. Smoke inhalation is not healthy on any level. People actually die of it. Now, smoking 1 joint doesn't sound like a lot but it does a lot more damage than you'd think. It does cut off some amount of the supply of oxygen to your brain. Not good.

If I were you, I wouldn't do it again. There's no reason to "try" it a second time to see what happens. There's no reason to have to be rushed to the ER if something goes terribly wrong or worse the second time around.

My advice: PLEASE DON'T SMOKE! I know i'm a stranger to you and only 15 but still, i do care, Smoking causes cancer and crap. My parents smoke and i wished they'd stop cause it not only puts them in risk of getting cancer, it also puts me and everyone else around them at risk. I recently lost my grandma from cancer. And my grandpa died from cancer too when i was little. People die everyday from cancer and smoking is one of the dumbest things to do. It's like you have a death wish or something. It is not a good thing.

"Only about 13 percent of those diagnosed with lung cancer will be alive in five years. About six out of ten people with lung cancer die in the first year after being diagnosed. Between seven and eight in ten die within 2 years. Contrast this to the survival rates of other cancers: about 80 percent of women with breast cancer, and 80 percent of men diagnosed with prostate cancer, are alive five years later. Overall, about 64 percent of people have survived cancer five years after diagnosis.

This high death rate accounts for why lung cancer wins the top-killer spot among cancers. There are more lung cancer deaths in the United Stats than there are breast, prostate, colon, or rectal cancer deaths combined. They account for almost a third of all cancer deaths – 31 percent for men, and 27 percent for women. On the other hand, breast cancer and prostate cancer for women and men, respectively, are the leaders in new cases. They account for about a third of all cases of cancer."

It might happen again. It might not.

The weed could have been cut - laced with something else to increase it's effect or help the dealer make more money -and that something else might caused you pain. When you put something illegal into your body, you have even less of an idea of where it came from then you do with normal products. Unless you knew the guy who grew it, you are probably in the dark about what's in it.

It's also not uncommon for people when they start smoking to experience pain in their chest... That is just the lungs saying "WTF did you just do to us?!"

It could also be a bad reaction your body simply had. Different people respond differently to different substances. Pot makes me very anxious and nervous... that's just what it does to me and why I stopped smoking it.

If you do smoke again, please to god do it around some sensible friends who will be willing to call the hospital if need be, not idiots who care more about hiding their stash then you life - just to be on the safe side.
