Stuck on your ex can be a real problemo! Its hard to fall out of love, u feel safe when your in love. Holding on will only make it worst to be honest. Take it slow and try to limit her as much as possible. Photos and gift (except if its nice) should be thrown away. Try not to hold on if she isnt for you.
