christina answered Monday May 31 2010, 12:44 am: You can't. Losing 30 lbs in a week is extremely unhealthy, and I don't know why anyone would ever want such a thing. It's possible to accomplish that goal in 2 months or less (maybe) but definitely not in a week.
And if you even think about starving yourself, please know that that won't work either because you'll gain it all back & then some when you start eating again.

Diets don't work because as soon as you are off it, you gain the weight back. What works is a lifestyle change, a change in eating habits you can keep up indefinitely. It's an unrealistic goal you are making and you're going to be setting yourself up for total dissapointment. In fact it's healthy to only lose about 1-3 pounds a week. Thus it will take you 10 weeks to lose that weight. I'm not trying to be mean, just honest. It you set reasonable goals, there is a higher chance to achieve them.
