im 18/female and i cant seem to lose anything i gained about 30 to 40 pounds how can i lose it fast? thank you =)

haha you guys are pretty funny ....well there is a way to lose 30 pounds in a week if you train your body... and "YES" you can do it in a healthy way...but ask a doctor because clearly these people are ignorant.
