cant fly high anymore

i have two parakeets, one had her wings clipped when i got her so she couldnt fly, (she still doesnt fly) and the other flew all over my room (i have high ceiling, he fly high up too). however, i let him out of his cage today and he wouldnt fly up, just down. it was hard for him to get far up. why is this???

im sorry you didnt like my answer but when it comes to animals you need to take them to a vet when there sick and besides they have ways to help you if you cant afford it and next time please be a little less rude to someone who helped you.
