Everytime my periods coming, my boobs swell a whole cup size. Its very painful, and there not very large. Just B cups, but when they swell to a C's it hurts really badly. I don't know what to do or how to stop this from happening.

Is there any way i can stop this from happening?

Avoid salt, they help your body bloat. But this is a very normal reaction to your period.

Stop drinking Caffine.. like about a week before your period is supposed to come on.. it won't emliminate the swelling.. but will def. help with the discomfort feeling (=

This is very normal and happens to alot of people around the time of their period.

There are couple of things you can do to help make ease the discomfort. The first is to go on the Pill. Many females start taking the Pill for reasons related to their periods rather than contraception. It can make your periods lighter and more regular, as well as relieving symptoms associated with them, such as cramps and swelling. Go to your doctor to talk about the best type for you.

If you'd rather not take the Pill, you could try taking something called Evening Primrose Oil, which is a natural oil taken from the seeds of a flower. Evening Primrose Oil is taken in capsules every day, even when you're not on your period and is thought to help relieve sensitivity, pain and swelling during your period. It can also help with general stress and tension.

It might also be a good idea to get a bra which fits while you are on your period. You might find a sports bra more comfortable and supportive during this time.
