and "bloating" is the term used for when you feel like your "fat" but youre not haha. your stomach feels and may look swollen/get a little bigger for the time being when you have your period or you're going to get it. no worries.
you dont have a cold, but if you dont get your period by the end of next month with these symptoms, go to a doctor. but dont stress yourself out with this period thing, if you stres out or work yourself up or think about it too much, i guarentee that you're perod will come later, like 100% guarenteed. so calm down :] where a panty liner [a little pad in your underwear] just in case it comes when you arent ready and relax :]
good luck ! hope i helped, and if you need anything else, feel free to inbox me ! xxo. [ itdependsonyoux3's advice column | Ask itdependsonyoux3 A Question ]
DearAbby92 answered Monday April 5 2010, 1:31 am: It sounds like your period to me. Headaches can be PMS symptoms as well as cramps. Spotting is common when you are new to menstruating and some women never have a heavy flow to begin with. Bloting sounds like the same thing as spotting to me.
If you are really confused or feel something may be wrong, I suggest going to a doctor and asking these questions.
