Zedge ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) has always worked for me. You just select your phone type at the top and it finds ringtones, graphics, and games that work with your specific type of phone. For those, though, your phone has to have bluetooth, because you download the ringtone to your computer, then bluetooth it to your phone.
