Medicare help! (Australia) Hey, I'm a girl. 16. ^^
Okay, so... I've just recently turned 16 and got my medicare card.
Me and my boyfriend really cannot be bothered to use condoms anymore, and we're thinking of getting me on the Pill, now that I've got my own medicare card.
---
The question is, would Medicare record my transaction at the doctor/chemists? And do we get something in the mail about it?
---
Please don't tell me stuff like "You're too young", or "that's unhealthy". I really don't need that.

I'm not sure what you mean by medicare card, because you only get Medicare if you are over the age of 65, or if you are disabled. Perhaps you mean medicaid? That's insurance given by the government if you meet certain requirements (usually making less than a certain amount of money).
Either way, it will show up on the records. And the information can be accessed in other ways besides the mail by the primary card holder (your mom or dad).
I would suggest going to planned parenthood. ]
It will be on your medical record and whenever you go to the doctors they will see it and they could mail it to you, i know in the USA they do..... ]
