How to make makeup look presentible..lol ;p

well I like wearing make up..i don't wear it that much though because I hardly have time in the morning to put it on..but never mind that.. I want it to look pretty and presentible. I don't want people staring and thinking i look bad.. ;/ haha. I love using the dark eye look..love using eyeliner..the black and green..it doesn't matter.Can someone tell my how i can get it on my water line without my eye watering..i want it to look decent. Not a racoon haha Tell me tips on what to do with my make up..i have almost every kind in my make up back so suggest anything
How i look like would help so..
-golden blonde hair? hhA :3
-blue eyes
-light skin
- a heart shaped face? haha >.<

okay, i used to be put in your situation. what you first need to know, is that everyone looks their prettiest without makeup and guys don't like fake girls. but make sure you don't over exaggerate your eye makeup like you said about racoon eyes. especially if you have blue eyes, thats a big no no. but because you have blue eyes, you might want to go with a color that makes your eyes pop, like a brown, copper, gold, and sometimes navy blue eyeliner. i suggest you use a browinsh copper eyeliner, blue & white shadows and black mascara. my friend has blue eyes and when she does that, she looks fabulous and her eyes look incredible. if your having a rough time with your water line, just practice. practice makes perfect. for your bottom lid, it comes easiest if you just practice. but on your top lid, don't do your water line because you could break your lashes. i do my upper liner on my upper lid, not the water line. when your bored one day and you aren't doing anything, repeatedly go over your eyes for practice. if you really need to learn how to do something, just look up makeup tutorials on youtube.com its amazing. there are about billions of videos and thats how i learned. also, make time in the morning. go to bed early and take your shower at night ! i hope this helps (;

If you like the dark eye look id suggest a greyish or silver eyeshadow, don't cake it on do a thing brush on the eye lid, to get liquid liner on, press your fingers on the outer corner of your eye and stretch the skin so your eyelid is stretched out making it easier to get liner on evenly.
Hold it sideways so you get a thinner line. Start at the outer corner and slowly move down to the inner corner, go slightly on the lash instead of above it, so you can't see the bare skin between your lashes. To make your lashes pop use an eyelash curler before you put on mascara. If you want a smokey eye they have a a smokey eye tube at most stores that you can just roll onto your eyelid for an amazing look, also use really dramatic colors like silver, purple, or blue. Don't over do it and have fun! If you want a clean look after applying your make up take some foundation and go over your skin and put some under your eyes to hide shadows, but not too much. This way more attention will be drawn to your eyes. To compliment them line your lips and fill them in with a nice lipstick that nearly match your lips usual color then gloss them. This is my routine daily and I get tons of compliments on my make up. :D HAVE FUN!
