binge once a week im on a strict 500-900(TOPS) cal a day. i have like 500 on one day and 700 on another- the most all ever have is 900 but thats like barely.
then whenever im with a certain friend i ALWAYS binge so its like sat-sun i go totally all out and off.
then i start fresh monday.
is this bad? will i gain weight? can i loose weight?
(dont say stop hanging with this friend... im working on it)

get off the crazy ass diet. your body actually needs food if you didnt know that. were talking about 1500-2000 calories. Going from practically starving to eating alot is really not good, it messes up your metabolism. Your body will store food for a long time when you barely eat to keep you from starving and then when you eat alot its basically doing nothing but helping yourself gain weight. Food will be broken down slower because your barely eating, so it just sits there. Its bad. ]
STARVING yourself is NOT going to get you to loose weight, If anything your body will store fat because it thinks you aren't going to feed it.
My advice... SEE A NUTRITIONIST ]
Eating 500-900 Calories a day is EXTREMELY unhealthy. Hang out with this friend more often. ]
