For like to past 5 months white sticky gooey discharge has been in my underwear, what does this mean???

It is normal to have discharge. It should just mean that you will have your first period soon. Like within a year. If you have already had your first period, you might want to look into at least calling the doctor for an appointment at least over the phone.

It means you need to call your gynecologist and make an appointment because 5 months is a long time to continuously have discharges.
