Well, I've had my period for a couple years but I've never used a tampon before.
Anyways, all my mom has are Super ones or whatever. Well I was wondering if this would be to big? Or if it would hurt.
itdependsonyoux3 answered Tuesday January 26 2010, 4:25 pm: do nottt use super for your first time using tampons.. thats just asking for pain haha.
get the smallest one you can find.. theres like super small.. and try those first. then when you get used to that and it doesnt feel uncomfortable.. move up a size to regular and then keep increasing, [if you want, but you dont have to] and youll have no pain. but super is definetly not the way to go for your first attempt at using tampons.
good luck ! and if you need anything else, feel free to inbox me :] xxo. [ itdependsonyoux3's advice column | Ask itdependsonyoux3 A Question ]
GingerSpice answered Tuesday January 26 2010, 2:51 pm: hey
you should start off with the regular tampon size.
the size is meant for how heavy it is when you get your period but since youve never used one before start with the regulars until youre used to wearing them. they're comfortable & you dont feel them but definitley start smaller until youre used to them.
hope i helped. [ GingerSpice's advice column | Ask GingerSpice A Question ]
xxemilyfeil answered Tuesday January 26 2010, 2:43 pm: i have the same problem as you, ive had mine for 4 years now, and still have yet to use a tampon. but, start off with a smaller one, your vagina needs to get used to things being "down there" if you start off using a big one, it'll hurt a lot. start off small and work your way up.
