is it possible to lose weight without exercising? its winter andi cant go out and run because of my asthma but is it possible to just not eat alot or just eat like fruits and drop like 10 lbs?

its a good start but you need to exercise as well. do indoor exercises. jogging in place, sit ups, push ups etc.

hey there
well eating healthy is always a good way to loose lbs but you definitly have to exercise. do some work outs at home. if you dont wanna run in the cold go to the gym where theres an indoor track. gonna have to burn calories and fat to just drop lbs like that. best thing to do is stay active AND eat healthy so yeah keep it up!

The only real way to do that is to not eat, which isn't healthy at all.

But, it doesn't have to be spring or summer for it to be possible to exercise. You could get a treadmill or join a gym, or even jog in place for a little while each day. You could also do 50 push-ups and sit-ups a day to stay healthy.

Another way to go about with losing weight would be to change your diet. Try and eat a more balanced diet.

I'm sure that this is all things that you've heard before, but I do hope it helped, at least a little.
