parental pressure

Question Posted Tuesday January 5 2010, 9:05 pm

I am taking my science GCSEs soon and i cant seem to get higher than a 'C'. But my parents really want me to excell in everything, i have written books, but when i got a C in english, my mum hit the roof. I only have 2 'A' predictions for my other GCSEs and i am afraid of what my parents might say. Help?

GCSE is really hard.i did it back when i was in school and my grades were shocking so i had to change and do another system.parents will always be parents.theyr always going to want you to do better.theyr always going to believe in you and push you higher than youd ever go.without them your not going to even try to do good.

my advice to you is to just try your hardest.i can only give you motivational words because in the end its all upto you.just lock yourself in your room, memorise and understand everything your studying.write heaps of notes and read them over and over again.dont study if your tired and your brain cant handle it because your not going to learn!motivate yourself and trick your brain to wnat to study by telling it that your going to staudy and your going to get an A!
believe in yourself and do all that you can do because at the end of the day theres nothing more you can do.try your best now so that after exams you can rest.im sure your going to do well and if your parents dont agree with your mark then just tell them how hard you tried.they can only be angry for some time and oventually theyr going to forget or let it go.
just do your best, thats all you can do!
best of luck!!!!
