thighs I just had a baby, and over my pregnancy my thighs got huge! Now that I've had the baby, I've lost very little thigh weight. What are some ways that I can slim down my thighs? And how long/many do you have to do, etc?

Preferably run uphill. It is a great work out for the legs and will build some nice, toned, muscular legs ;) ]
lunges and squats are really good.id do 20 or more squates and lunges everyday as well as going for runs.the best thing about lunges and squats is that they work your whole body especially your thighs ]
