solidadvice4teens answered Monday December 28 2009, 11:19 pm: The clitoris is the most sensitive part on the human body and full of nerve endings. It becomes ultra sensitive, raw and irritated, red if rigorously manipulated. Once climax occurs it becomes "painful" to even try to touch.
It's all normal. A similar thing happens with the glans of a penis in males after ejaculation. What to do? Wait and do this some other time. Give your genitals a chance to recover as that's why they're irritated and perhaps you're being being too vigorous.
That's the ONLY way to fix something like this that you have no control over and can't really fix. You're fine anatomically and this is just your body reacting saying "I'm done." or "Stop." It's all you can physically take at the time.

Genitals are sensitive and after rigorous activity to them like sex or masturbating, a woman can feel sore. After you orgasm, you release those feelings along with any fluids and like how a man has to become aroused to have an erection, you have to take the time to get into the mood and it wont happen automatically after you orgasm.
I don't think you can "fix" it, since nothing is wrong with that. If you want to increase your sexual endurance, well, all I can say is practice makes perfect.
