Good workouts. 1) Is DDR (on Heavy Mode) a good workout? Or am I better off just running?
2) What's a good exercise for my thighs? My thighs are HUGe and i hate them.

yes DDR is a great workout but also go for a walk witch also is a great workout for your thighs and butt and deff do SQUATS there help slim down your thighs super quick try SHAPE.com and you should find some good free workouts there just browse hope i helped ]
Getting cardio wherever you can is great. So if doing DDR is fun for you, do that. But I would do a regular run too, or a spinning class or some form or cardiovascular exercise to burn fat.
You can strengthen your thighs by doing squats and lunges, but to lose fat from them you need the cardio. Running uphill or on an incline on a treadmill, eliptical, etc. will help tone your legs as well. Swimming is cardio and tones at the same time. Try to mix it up so you wont get bored and you can work your body in different ways.
