Why can't i let go?
i been with my man for 3 yrs. i love him still i think, but there is so much pain in our relationship no matter what i do i end up crying every day. i don't have any friends any more any rarly talk to my family.i don't no where to turn it scares me because my hole life i've never had any thing good, i loose it. i don't no if i'm happy any more, i dont know if i even still know myself. Everything i do is for him, why do i do so much with nothing but pain in return. He won't let me leave him and even if i did i always go right back. Why? I just want to be happy with my life again, I don't want to cry any more. But i don't have any one to turn to any more i lost everything and one for him, and i don't think i ca get them back. why do i stay when every time at the end i am alone with nothing. Every time it gets worse but i still love him and go back. what can i do

I don't think you saw it but you answered your own questions.
"He won't let me leave him and even if i did i always go right back. Why?" After that you went on to say you have nobody to turn to if you left him. It's pretty common for someone who's gotten out of a 3 year relationship to turn to friends and family members for comfort. Since you don't have those people you go back to him because your not use to being on your own or your no longer strong enough to do that.
Get out of the relationship i haven't heard one good enough reason to stay. The only things that can hold you back are lies that you make yourself and that you love him. Love has to be both ways for a healthy relationship; no matter how much you love him you won't be happy unless he feels the same way. And those lies might sound something like this "He does love me", "I don't deserve better because im not perfect either". The only thing that's true about the second lie is that you are not perfect, but you do deserve someone with the same values.
If there's so much pain in your relationship your not going to be happy. Yes there are mess ups in every relationship but when they happen on a regular bases whoever is making them will not change.
If you can't leave him with there being a chance that you won't have someone there to support you, then go to your family and ask for it. Tell them that your not happy and how you've lost everyone because of this relationship. If you've never been close enough to them then go to your ex friends.
Even if you don't have a actual person there to talk to its not your only option. For some people its doing what they like to do. Sports, work, projects, walks, trips, or even something new that you've always wanted to try.
"He won't let me leave him and even if i did i always go right back." Your boyfriend and hopefully soon to be ex boyfriend does not control you. If he's actually said that he won't let you leave and if you do he will hurt you or something; he doesn't have the right to do that. And with one phone call to the police or even less; you telling someone else about how he won't let you leave will make that a problem of the past.

personally, i think it'd be really smart to let go of him for good. get back in touch with family and friends. because in the end.. they're what really matter. the easiest way to get over someone is to find someone new. distract yourself. if all your relationship manages to do is make you upset, then it's unhealthy. honestly, it's not worth it. if you truly love him, maybe you just need a break. but make sure you keep friends a family close. it's very smart to have something to fall back on.
