You guys definitely aren't insane. Lots of people are haunted everyday by ghosts, and there are also lots of people who are sensitive to energies whether they be good or bad.

This really isn't an uncommon thing to experience. Joe (RIP) probably is around her in some way, but I wouldn't exactly call it a haunting. It's more of a visit. If he died tragically or unexpectedly, maybe he hasn't crossed over. Sometimes when people die unexpectedly, it's hard for their spirits to accept so they stick around (usually in places they're familiar with).

Anyway, he's probably trying to communicate with her. She shouldn't be uncomfortable or scared though. He's just keeping an eye on her. Let her know that everything will be okay.

Don't be silly, of course you guys aren't insane. There are two possibilities in this situation.
1: your friend could be missing him so much that her self concience is making out to seem that he is there as a spirit.
2: joe (r.i.p) could actually and truely be there. he could be watching over her to make sure that she is always safe from harm. and when he was alive and was her boyfriend they probaby used to talk everynight or used to come over and chill in her room or something. so that is possibly why she feels that he is always there when she is going to sleep. but basically what you should do is this, calm down because since they were in love he would never hurt you and let him know that you still love him.

As long as this feeling isn't making her uncomfortable, leave it be. Perhaps he is her guardian angel? As long as it isn't scaring you guys be blessed he's still with you in some way.

That is really creepy, however something proble scared her " everyone gets scared" and she was like omg is that him? and then it happened again so she believed it was true. This is the devil trying to put fear in you guys....and every time you here or think or see something like that you need to calm down and say- NO THIS IS NOT REAL LEAVE ME ALONE SAITEN. That is all in your head and you choose what you want to believe, and what you believe is what is going to happen. Your mind and thoughts are very powerful, just be careful and no that it's not real.
