diets really arent the best thing to do... eat normal and helathy and just exercise.... because when you lose weight you do realize that the diet your on youe gonna have to stick to so you dont gain the weight back. dont lose hope it just takes awhile. its also depends on your age and how fast your metabolism works. but that excersise is going to boost your metabolism and eventually start helping you shed some weight...... stay strong but remember put yourself on a "diet" that you can stick to forever

Hey girl
Heres the thing, you may very well be on a strict diet and working and exercising but just because you gained 2 lbs doesnt mean its fat, I'm pretty sure the weight you've gained is b/c of the muscle you've built up. One can loose weight but can end up weighing heavier than before b/c of the muscle they've built up and still appear small, you'll just have more muscle.
You can loose weight with the healthy food you eat, but exercising will help much more, even after you work out you will continue to burn calories. If staying healthy is your goal, eat healthy AND work out. Eat enough calories for you to burn when you exercise. You may even eat a burger, as long as you work it off. But of course eating healthy will reduce the calories you have to burn. In all, working out will build up muscle so its not fat. Keep it up, I love hearing of people staying healthy.
Hope i helped!
