im on the special k diet and today i ruined it and i ate
2 bowls of GO LEAN cereal
special k 90 cal snack bar
special k meal bar
coffee
then.....
A LOT
of peanut butter and like 5 oreos
what do i do!
i feel obese and i cant gain weight uch.
plus tomorrow is thanksgiving, and im going to cheat tomorow to and ruin my diet even more

depending on what you eat its different.
because isnt it a big roast meal? (i dont have thanksgiving in New Zealand). because if it is a a big roast meal then you shall have plenty of vegetables and meat which will give you protein and iron :D soo dont worry! and you can always burn off extra calaries from the dessert doing an extra long workout the following day :D !
