I had the same issue, but i needed to thank all my friends who wished me "Happy Birthday". I had 700 odd friends out of which around 250 had wished me this time.
I was thinking of a solution, and into my mind came a nice idea. I created a facebook app ( which i do for fun at free times) where you can wish in less than 1 min upto 500 friends in few clicks. Here you go have a look at this:

cheryl_diamond answered Monday November 23 2009, 7:11 am: No, It would be easier to just update your status with a message like:
Thanks to all my friends who took the time to wish me a happy birthday! I appreciate it very much.

Just write a status thanking everyone for the birthday wishes; that way you can thank everyone at once. :) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
