Is it possible if I just leave it alone and stop having sex that a yeast infection will go away completely untreated or do you have to go to the doctor and get something to take care of it?

Over the counter medications are not anways going to work most of them are there to reduce but wont work to cure. I strongly recommend to seek medical professional advice. Dont forget that at least 1 a year see your gynocologist for a pap smear and always do self breast exams at least once a month.

If you don't want to see your doctor, you can get over-the-counter treatments, in the form of pills, creams or a pessary (which is inserted into the vagina like a tampon). I suggest you go and speak to your pharmacist. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
