Losing weight would be a good start. you would start feeling better about yourself on the outside anyway. you should go on a diet, go running, look up workouts online.. you can start by looking up losetenpoundsinthreedays .com or something on google and it lets you choose how many days and how much weight you want to lose in those days. Itll take months to get down a lot of weight but you can do it. Then something i like doing is changing my hair, the color or maybe getting bangs. And once you lose weight you will love to get a new warddrobe. Hit me up if you want to know anything else

Ok I'm not a doctor but I would suggest talking to someone as soon as you can. Whether its in school or whether its outside of school. Talking to someone can help relieve stress and also they can recommend whether or not you see a doctor. Thats another thing talk to your doctor who maybe able to help or can direct you in the right direction.

The problem is...you're putting too much emphasis on yourself.

It's hard to hear, but I used to worry about the same things.

Instead, turn your focus on others and socialize with them.

When someone sits down next to me at a bench, I strike up a conversation with them. NEVER HAVE A DULL MOMENT!

If you get involved with your life, you'll have no time or desire to think about these things!

Everyone has things they don't like about themselves or they'd like to change it's normal
to think that way you'll change you've just got to be patient and give it time we all change it's apart of life try thinking positively thinking negative only makes things worst you said it yourself you've got the best family and home you should be very thankful for that since there's others who aren't as lucky as you are and who struggle your friends should love you for you and accept who you are and if they don't then you probably shouldn't be friends with them :)
