how to tell when you are going to get your period?
Does anyone know how to tell when you are going to get your period? I am 13 and I haven't got my period yet. :( ALL my friends have their periods and I am the only one who doesn't? Why me??

Ha! Your a very, very lucky girl. However you'll get it soon enough and you'll notice it. Just start carrying a pad with you now for when it does happen. 13 is the cut off most people get theres.

Are you overweight, eat alot, stressed, or depressed? Those can all lead to delayed periods.
Most girls get theres around middle school. Just keep waiting by 15-16 though if you still havn't consult with an adult or doctor!
I know what it is like to weight, i got mine when i was 12, though. It isn't fun once you do!
Just remember to stay active, and exercise. Also eat healthy, and don't smoke or drink or anything. Try to live a stress, and depress free life!

The day before I got my very first period I had cramps that hurt so bad I couldn't move.
Hopefully this doesn;t happen to you, but if you're having horrible cramps one of these days, you may be able to look forward to your period in a day or two.
