Splitting the check

Question Posted Thursday October 15 2009, 11:04 am

When going out to eat with a group of people at a restaurant, is there any other way to pay for yourself besides cash when getting the bill? Can everyone just put in a credit card so they will split the bill for you that way?

Does it depend on the restaurant?

You can use a credit card or when you have to pay the bill just ask the waiter/tress to split the bill and pay what you owe. It's much simpler that way.

You can use a credit card, If you just want to pay your half of the bill then you would ask the waiter/waitress for separate checks.

you can pay by credit card.just add up how much each person is paying and let the waiter know. some restaurants wont let you do that so you need to ask before hand :)
