Just use a duster. Swiffer dusters work pretty good.

They sell special cloth's for cleaning a flat screen, but I don't think they are all that neccesary. You can use a damp cloth or soft duster.

If it's just dusty you can use a duster, If it needs a good cleaning put windex on a paper towel than wipe it down but dont' spray the screen.
