Calling All Football Players

ok so i do a sport course and i missed a few team sport sessions last week our sport is football... ok so
i need drills for
- passing
-heading
-shooting
-tackling
-crossing

also i have no idea what crossing is... will someone please expalin it step by step and why it is used.

Hey there,

The best way to answer this is with some useful links, since entire books have been written on this subject.

First off here is the wiki entry on crossing which is pretty good:
