anyways im doing a sports course and for some of my pracitcal lessons i have been away due to being ill and i need some help
i need descriptions of drills for
-bump pass
-UNDER ARM serve
- block
-smash
-set

under arm serve is when you hold the ball in one hand and swinf underneath the ball and hit it to and over the net
block is jumping up by the net and hitting it so it doesnt come over
smash is when you jump and spike it back over with one arm
set is with both hands up and you hit it with your fingertips over your head
