does anyone know where you can buy them? and i would really like to buy than in a store not online. can anyone help?

You can get them at a lot of places, usually. Walmart usually has some, but if you want a good variety without having to buy them online, you may want to check your local tattoo parlors. They usually have a good amount of body jewelry.
