I am dating a guy with a crazy ex that won't leave him or me alone and i need some musical therapy to cope :( any tunes that relate? much appreciated <3

1. Open up iPod or iTunes.
2. Find a band you like.
3. Pick a song by them that you like.
4. Turn volume to a suitable level for your ears.
5. Listen to song.
6. Feel good vibes coming from song.
7. Uninstall internet for good measure.
8. I win.
