My point is that on a deeper level we all want to feel alive and to feel appreciated.
Maybe when you smoke it helps you to appreciate what it feels like to be alive.
Naturally, just the fact you care deeply enough to write your important letter tells me you might like to find a healthier alternative.
Maybe you can find similar if not better feelings within a different activity. Many people get their high and/or their release as they walk, run, do Yoga, meditate, play soccer, surf, ride bike, and/or you name it. You can choose from so many possibilities!
Once you are able to find the same good feelings within other activities, you will know for certain whether you have smoking or whether smoking has you! You have the power to put yourself in charge so you can know the difference!
Soon I hope you will be able to experience the same good feelings as you enjoy life’s simplest pleasures…

Usually people do it for leisure, for medical reasons, etc. You could be doing it for some other reason, but that's for you to figure out because we don't know you. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
