what does this mean?

i heard this saying in a song " find your calling"

and i dont really understand what it means. haha.
can someone explain?

well in my situation i am weighing out my options for college trying to see what im good at and what i will ba happy with doing. its just trying to say find what god placed you on earth to do what makes you happy doing and you could be sucessful.
