law suit

okay my ma has been paralized for almost three years and its cause the hospital messed up on her surgery. she has someone "looking" at her case but i dont think she's been talking to the right people cause its been to long and they cant even tell her if she got a case yet so my question is who can help us with this law suit ???

You need someone who specializes in disabilities. My mother is the same way. She's been pretty much disabled since I was like 7.

However, it does take a long time to get a case settled or sometimes started even. I'm 18 now and my mom is still in court over her disability.

Contact a new lawyer.

You need to find a lawyer who specializes in malpractice. I can't direct you to anyone specific because I don't know where you are. Check the internet and phone book for malpractice lawyers. Most lawyers give free initial consultations. Also, when looking online, you can usually find reviews from people who have used the lawyers. I did a quick search and found this site that supposedly shows reviews and ratings:

There are actually a lot of sites like that. Just search "lawyer guide."
