Don't worry honey, things will get better. It's really hard to get over anyone and i'm sure he's going through the same as you - it won't be easy for him either. Sometimes when you feel you are feeling better, you feel bad again and it's normal. It will take time but you will be fine. Try to focus on other things. Start a new activity or find a hobbie that you can use to occupy your time. Concentrate on school/college, your health and anything else that is productive. It may sound like a bore, and you probably don't want to do anything that doesn't consist of your ex boyfriend. But that's what he is now - your ex. You'll be feeling good soon, but you have to give it a chance. No matter what - you will think about him and yes you will be upset. That's love for you! You will feel great once you have overcome this though. Best of luck to you :-) <3

Well, getting over a guy can take a bit of time-- no matter what. The best things to do at night (when everything seems more scary and hopeless than it really is!) is to do something to put your mind at ease. If I'm feeling particularly mentally stressed, or like I'm going to cry, I tend to try to draw a funny picture or write poetry to put the "rage on the page". Haha. Sometimes just going on failblog.org or something is enough to make you smile just a little bit, or flipping through an old year book and rating which guys are the hottest. Sometimes just listening to happy or upbeat music will put someone in a better mood! The key to making it through the loneliness of the dark is to make yourself believe that things are going to get better (: Good luck!

xx

I know it is really hard, but the best thing is to cut complete contact. If you are having contact with him than you are only prolonging your pain. Right now you are grieving, In time it will pass and things will get better. As hard as it is for you try to focus on yourself. Spending time with friends and family will help take your mind off it and keeping yourself occupied will help also. This seems like the end of the world but in time things will get better, you will meet someone and you will fall in love again. The best thing to do right now is to take time to heal
